What West Wilson texted his ‘Summer House’ co-star after ‘dark’ Season 10 reunion

“Summer House” newbie KJ Dillard read West Wilson’s apology text on live TV after the Season 10 reunion.

During Tuesday’s episode of “Watch What Happens Live,” Dillard told host Andy Cohen that he’s been too “scared” to look at the text for the last two weeks, before Cohen and the audience urged him to share it with the world.

“West says, ‘I wanted to thank you for your articulation and kindness yesterday despite being hurt. I’ve been off social and I think I lost touch with how much hurt there was. I’m incredibly sorry,’” KJ said.

The text continued, “Also sending you love in regards to your mental health. You shared a lot yesterday and I know it mightn’t carry much weight now but I’m always rooting for the best for you. I know it will take some time but whenever you feel like you’re ready, lunch or a phone call would mean a lot in the spirit of healing. No need to respond, take your time.’”

After reading the message, Dillard, 28, sat back in his seat, sighed, and said, “That hurts.”

“It just hurts because it’s, like, me and him were so close,” Dillard added.

Later in the show, Cohen, 57, asked a visibly emotional Dillard if he felt “relieved” that he read Wilsons’ text message.

“I’m just… I lowkey want to cry,” Dillard responded while fighting back tears, calling the drama with Wilson “a very tricky situation.”

Wilson is on the outs with his “Summer House” co-stars for hiding his romance with Amanda Batula before they publicly confirmed that they’re an item in late March.

The cast, including Dillard, has rallied around Ciara Miller, who dated Wilson in 2023 and was best friends with Batula.

In leaked audios from the Season 10 reunion filmed on April 23, Batula defended her relationship with Wilson from her co-stars, including Miller, who called her a “f–king snake.”

Wilson, meanwhile, stayed mostly silent during the drama.

On his “Show Me Something” podcast on Tuesday, Wilson talked about the tought time he had at the “dark” reunion.

“This one was a little less fun than normal,” the sports journalist shared. “What matters to me the most is these are my friends and I’ve caused a lot of damage, which f–king sucks.”

Wilson also noted that “it’s going to take time” to repair his relationships with his co-stars.

“Doing the reunion was one step, and we got through it. … We’ve just got to take it one day at a time,” he said.

The “Summer House” Season 10 reunion begins airing later this month.
