The Vanderpump Rules star has a new girlfriend, per TMZ on Thursday, and he’s been dating her for about seven months. And now, they’re expecting a child! It’s unclear if this is his girlfriend’s first child — but it’s James’ first kid!

His girlfriend isn’t famous and they’ve kept their relationship under wraps, so her name hasn’t been revealed. There’s also no word on how far along in the pregnancy she is, and there hasn’t been any reaction from James yet.

That said, their close circle is totally in the know. The couple reportedly celebrated the bun in the oven with a themed party along with their inner circle. Fun!

This news comes following James’ messy breakup from his most recent ex Ally Lewber. As you’ll recall, the Bravo star was arrested for domestic violence back in 2024 when they were together. Before that, he was engaged to Rachel Leviss in 2021.
