Rude Viral Texas Judge
Has New Beef
After Refusing Apology Over IT Fiasco
Published
The Texas judge going viral for all the wrong reasons has now demanded that an attorney appear before him in court after the attorney suggested he apologize for being flat-out nasty to an IT worker.
We told you all about it — Judge Nathan J. Milliron — who sits on the bench of the Texas 215th District Court — was rude to an IT tech who dealt with an issue in his courtroom. Instead of thanking him, Milliron demanded he speak to the IT tech’s supervisor … seemingly because he didn’t like his comments about the problem.
Watch this pompous, arrogant judge with his elitist attitude berate an IT worker who was trying to help him.

After the exchange, Attorney James Stafford reached out to Milliron per emails obtained by Houston Public Media. Stafford reportedly wrote … “I hope you issued him an apology for the way you treated him. I hope you were just having a bad day and this is not your typical judicial temperament. Have a great weekend.”
Well, Milliron did not appreciate the note and shot an email back demanding Stafford appear in front of the court on April 10, accusing him of “ex parte” communication. Ex parte communication refers to a situation in a legal case where one party communicates with a judge without the knowledge or presence of the other parties.
But, Stafford said “no way” to the judge’s orders, arguing he has no cases in Milliron’s court and therefore is simply expressing his freedom of speech as a voter.
He reportedly went on … “The video speaks for it self [sic] and needs no explaining. Maybe you should send the video to the Commission on Judicial Conduct for their review. If they have no issues with it then I offer an apology for criticizing your judicial temperament.”
The video of Milliron belittling the IT worker isn’t the only clip of him that has caught attention — he was also given the side eye online for rudely dismissing a defense attorney … and eventually threatening to have her handcuffed for trying to speak further.

Milliron was voted into his position and began a 4-year term in early 2025 … though the president of the Harris County Criminal Lawyers Association has condemned his attitude, saying in a social media post … he treated the IT professional in “an absolutely inappropriate and humiliating manner.”
He added … “There is no question that judges should not act like that.”
