PK Kemsley claims Dorit blew nearly $1M on designer duds as foreclosure looms

PK Kemsley is claiming in a new court filing that estranged wife Dorit has spent more than $1 million on designer items, even as they face potential foreclosure on their Los Angeles home.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six on Thursday, PK’s team investigated how the “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was spending their money — and found she spent $995,270 on “wardrobe related expenses” during a 14-month span between December 2024 and March 2026.

In the meticulously detailed docs, PK cites charges of $69,000 each at Louis Vuitton and Chanel, $38,000 at Hermès and $22,000 at Saint Honore — as well as retailers including Net-A-Porter and Moda Operandi.

He also claims despite the travel and designer item expenses, the reality star failed to make any mortgage payments on their lavish home and made “only one related utility payment” during the time period, despite having “exclusive use” of the residence since April 2024.

Meanwhile, PK claims he paid the lion’s share of the family’s expenses — including both the mortgage and the costs of raising their son, Jagger, whom they welcomed in 2014, and daughter Phoenix, whom they welcomed in 2016.

According to TMZ, which was the first to report the news on Thursday, the home — which they purchased back in 2019 — carries over $6 million in mortgage debt.

Foreclosure could be imminent, as notices of default have been recorded. PK is asking the court to force a sale, further claiming he’d been making efforts to avoid it.

He also claimed Dorit rejected a suggested temporary relocation for the Bravolebrity and their children to his own home — while he covered expenses.

A rep for Dorit did not immediately return Page Six’s requests for comment.

The former couple married in March 2015, and separated in May 2024 after nearly a decade of marriage.

“We as a couple have been subject to a lot of speculation about our marriage. We have had our struggles over the last few years and continue to work through them as two people who love each other and share two amazing children together,” they said in a joint social media statement at the time, noting that they intended to “take some time apart and reevaluate our relationship while we prioritize our children.”

Dorit, 49, officially filed for divorce from PK, 58, in April 2025.

“[There] was no catastrophic event. No one cheated on anyone,” Dorit said during the Season 14 premiere of “RHOBH.”

PK has since moved on with creative executive Tatiana Kharchylava, a source divulged to Page Six last month.

“[They] started as friends, and things evolved,” an insider said in April, adding that they’re “taking their time” and “excited to see where this goes.”
