The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives is headed further west!
Hulu announced on Wednesday that they’re expanding the MomTok universe with a new spin-off titled The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives: Orange County. Despite rumors it might center around a member of the OG show, the cast is actually FULL of influencers you probably know from online!

We’re talking podcast host Bobbi Althoff — who you will remember from all those Drake dating rumors — as well as social media stars Aspyn Ovard, Avery Woods, Salomé Andrea, McCall DaPron, Chandler Higginson, Ashleigh Pease, and Madison Fisher.
Hyping up the show, a logline teased:
“A new group of dynamic young mothers in Orange County collide in a community where beliefs are not just their religion; they are their identity. While some defend their way of life, fighting against modernity, others embrace change, becoming a platform to disrupt the status quo.”
It added:
“Scandals and secrets will be revealed, facades will crumble, and families and friendships will change forever on both sides of the battlefield as this group of strong, game-changing influencers comes together to build their answer to #MomTok.”
OK, sounds dramatic!
But, um… are any of them ACTUALLY Mormon?! Let’s break it down.
Bobbi Althoff
Well, this is an inneresting one! Bobbi, who shares two daughters with her ex-husband Cory Althoff, has revealed she’s NOT a member of the LDS church. She’s never even considered herself Mormon, she said on the Soul Boom podcast in 2024:
“We considered ourselves Christian, we used to go to church every Sunday and for a time I was going to church a lot too. I did really believe in God.”
Aspyn Ovard
Aspyn gained fame on YouTube for sharing family content with her now-ex Parker Ferris, who she shares three daughters with. After their divorce, she came out as queer. You might also remember she made a cameo on Mormon Wives during season 2’s Halloween party. As for her ties to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints? She’s no longer a member. She shared in March on the Girls Camp podcast:
“My dad grew up Mormon, my mom did not. She got baptized when they got married. We went to church for the first little bit of my life. I know I went when I was around 3 ‘cause I still have a craft from when I went.”
While she got baptized and has “a lot of experience, like, going to the Mormon church,” she said:
“It doesn’t feel like it was a huge core piece of my upbringing.”
She ultimately took a step back from the religion after realizing she wasn’t “aligned” with many of the conservative values.
Avery Woods
Avery Woods and her husband David share two kids (plus he has two other kids from a previous relationship). In a January 2024 episode of her Cheers podcast, she said she’s “never been a religious person.”
Salomé Andrea
Salomé grew up practicing Mormonism, but in 2023, she said on Avery’s podcast that she’s not “a Utah Mormon.” She explained:
“I don’t like to come out and say, ‘I am not Mormon’ because I have my own relationship with God, so does Aaron [Brimhall, her husband]. We don’t go [to church], we drink, we have tattoos, we do things that ‘we shouldn’t’ in the church. I still feel like I don’t need to say, ‘I’m not Mormon’ because I have my own relationship with that and we do want our girls to grow up with some sort of religion and understanding of something bigger, so my mom takes them to church.”
McCall Dapron
McCall Dapron is actually the sister of Mormon Wives star Mayci Neeley! Fun! She grew up Mormon in SoCal. She’s now married and a mom of four — and belongs to the LDS church.
Chandler Higginson
Chandler’s never publicly shared her specific religious beliefs, but this April, she did share an Easter message (as seen above).
Ashleigh Pease
Ashleigh Pease, born in Australia, and her husband Nathan Pease have also not shared their religious standing publicly, but they’ve shared Xmas posts.
Madison Fisher
Madison Fisher (formerly Bontempo) and her husband Kyler Steven Fisher are members of the LDS church. The parents of five have been very public about their faith. Madison said on the Pretty Dirty podcast in February:
“We’re actually Mormon. I view myself through the same as a lot of my Christian friends, like, we all just believe in Jesus Christ, right?”
Alrighty then! Kinda a mixed bag! It’ll be interesting to see how all these women come together and if Mormonism ends up being a big part of the show or just gets brushed aside. We’ll see!
