Kroy Biermann just scored a small win amid his ongoing custody dispute with Kim Zolciak!
As Perezcious readers know, late last month, the former football player requested full custody of their four minor children — KJ, Kash, Kane, and Kaia — despite having a temporary joint custody agreement in place. He claimed she spent barely any time with the kids between February 26 and March 29, except for one disastrous night on March 9, when one of them got bitten by a dog! Ouch! She has allegedly been out of the country all this time instead.

Kroy further accused The Real Housewives of Atlanta alum of committing “fraud and deceit” because she is not sharing parenting responsibilities or attending therapy as they agreed. Because of all that, a judge is now giving Kroy what he wants… somewhat!
According to court documents obtained by TMZ on Friday, a judge in Georgia decided the kids will stay with Kroy full-time, but only temporarily. They will stay with the athlete starting from April 3 until Kim completes four parent therapy sessions. The order noted that the earliest Kim can have the kids again is April 13. So, until she completes therapy, they will remain in Kroy’s custody. Wow.
At this time, Kim has not reacted to the judge’s decision. She previously told TMZ about Kroy’s allegations, though:
“These accusations are completely false and nothing more than a deliberate attempt by Kroy to defame my character. I spent five weeks away working on two TV shows to support my family and make sure my children are cared for — something I will never apologize for. I refuse to be bullied or have lies twisted into a narrative about who I am. I will not stay silent, the truth is on my side, and it will come to light — no matter how hard anyone tries to bury it.”
