Keeping up with Kris Jenner’s weight loss.

The reality star confirmed to “She MD” podcast listeners on Tuesday that she tried Ozempic back before it was trendy.

“We tried it once when no one knew what it was,” the 70-year-old confessed — without specifying when this took place or who she meant by “we.”

Jenner noted that semaglutide made her “really sick” and “nauseous,” so she pursued “different options.”

The talent manager, who “love[s] taking care of [her]self,” explained that she has since turned to peptide injections and supplements.

They give her “more energy” and an “extra couple hours every day,” she claimed.

As for her “game changer” wellness tip, Jenner said, “I get my blood drawn every three months just to keep my hormones balanced because I realized after I was 45 that was important to your physical female health.”

She explained, “When you look at your thyroid, you look at your hormone health and you look at what your body needs.”

The interview marked the first time Jenner, who also discussed her facelift on the podcast, copped to Ozempic use since sparking speculation in the summer of 2023.

At the time, the matriarch posted vacation photos via Instagram and was dubbed an “Ozempic baddie.”

Earlier that same year, Khloé Kardashian railed against chatter from “mean people” that she was taking the weight-loss drug.

“Let’s not discredit my years of working out,” the Good American co-founder wrote in January 2023. “I get up five days a week at 6am to train. Please stop with your assumptions.”

The following year, Kardashian clarified that she doesn’t judge those who are on Ozempic.

“Who cares?” she asked in a December 2024 Bustle interview. “As long as people feel good about themselves.”

Scott Disick, notably, made headlines for slimming down with the help of Mounjaro — thanks to eagle-eyed fans spotting the medication in his fridge during a May 2024 “Kardashians” episode.

He broke his silence in a February 2025 installment of the show, telling Kardashian, “I am not embarrassed that I took it! Everyone that has a problem with Mounjaro can suck my d–k.”

Kardashian replied, “When I was fat, I would have drank that s–t. I don’t get the shame in it. … When I was thicker, I took laxatives. I would take anything that anyone was pushing.”
