Joseph Dugger was seen smirking in a new mugshot after he was extradited to a Florida jail on molestation charges.
Page Six exclusively obtained the “Counting On” star’s booking photo from the Bay County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday.
In the mugshot, Duggar was seen cracking an eerie smirk with mussed hair. He was booked at 7:32 a.m. on Tuesday.
Duggar, 31, was scheduled for his first court appearance on Tuesday.
Earlier this month, the Bay County Sheriff’s Office announced that the TLC personality had been arrested out of state after being accused of molesting a 9-year-old girl in Florida.
He was charged with lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim younger than the age of 12, as well as lewd and lascivious behavior toward a victim age 18 or older.
Duggar was booked at the Washington County Correctional Facility in Arkansas. The jail released his mugshot to Page Six on March 19, in which he was seen looking disheveled while wearing a gray T-shirt.
A minor accused Duggar of grooming and sexual assault, according to an arrest warrant affidavit. The suspected victim, now 14, told investigators that Duggar repeatedly “grazed [her] vagina” with his hand during a family vacation in 2020.
The accuser would also “sit on the defendant’s lap” and Duggar would “cradle [her] with his arms,” the affidavit read.
The alleged sexual assault incidents happened “several times,” the victim claimed. However, they “stopped occurring” after Duggar allegedly “approached the victim” during the getaway and “apologized for his action,” the affidavit states.
Page Six exclusively revealed last week that Dugger was visited by just one person — his lawyer — while being held behind bars.
According to his call log obtained by Page Six, Joseph called the phone number of his wife, Kendra Duggar, every day and sometimes twice a day. He also called a management consultant, but the call was left unanswered.
Kendra was arrested in Arkansas on March 20 and charged with four counts of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and four counts of second-degree false imprisonment. Joseph was also hit with the same charges.
Footage obtained by Page Six shows Kendra, 27, getting a pat-down while being booked in jail. She was later released and is set to appear in court next month.
