Square Enix has confirmed three new vinyl releases to celebrate the 25th anniversary of Final Fantasy 10.
Final Fantasy 10 launched in Japan on July 19, 2001 before a sequel followed in 2003. The games are set in the fantasy land of Zanarkand and see a group of adventurers trying to defeat the rampaging monster known as Sin. To date, the two games have sold more than 21million copies worldwide.
Over the weekend, Square Enix launched a 25th anniversary website for Final Fantasy 10 alongside a new range of plushes, art books and a new logo drawn by the game’s character designer, Tetsuya Nomura.

Square Enix have also announced three vinyl releases for later this year. A special vinyl collection will feature Nobuo Uematsu’s ‘To Zanarkand’ theme alongside a number of remixes and live performances, while the the 12-track ‘House Grooves’ album sees iconic tracks from Final Fantasy 10, such as ‘Zanarkand’, ‘Seymour Battle’ and ‘A Dream That Will One Day End’ blended with “the deep, resonant sounds of deep house”.
The ‘Eternal Calm’ 2LP set will feature a specially curated selection of 20 songs from the original game’s music, composed by Nobuo Uematsu, Masashi Hamauzu and Junya Nakano. The vinyl will be released in July and will be available to pre-order here.

Last week, the 25th anniversary celebrations for Final Fantasy 10 kicked off with a stunning live performance of ‘Suteki Da Ne’ at the BAFTA Games Awards 2026.
Later this year, Square Enix’s ‘Magic, Memories And Melodies’ tour will hit the road, celebrating the music of Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, Chrono Trigger, Legend Of Mana, NieR, Octopath Traveler and more.
