The entire Cannes Classics section – spanning 21 feature films, three short films, and 6 documentaries – will be dedicated to U.S. The Godfather, Apocalypse Now and Bonnie and Clyde production designer Dean Tavoularis who died in Paris on April 22 at the age of 93.
The short films include Jia Zhang-Ke’s Torino Shadow which he created for Italy’s Museo Nazionale del Cinema Torino as part of its Torino Encounters initiative.
