EXCLUSIVE: Buchwald is expanding its footprint in the branding, digital, and creator representation space with the launch of a new division, Buchwald Creators.
Max Nagler has been tapped to lead the division, after joining Buchwald as Vice President of Branding & Creators in 2025. With the launch comes the hiring of Mia Conte and Michael Del Moral as talent agents who bring extensive experience in creator representation and brand partnerships.
Current Creator clients at Buchwald include digital creators Jack Wright, Sophie Telegadis, Lola Star Visage, and Agustina Palma; medical professionals Dr. Elisabeth Potter, Nurse Hadley Vlahos, and Jen Hamilton; comedians Ruby Karp, Jack Reichert, Tommy Bayer, and Demetrius Fields; and podcasters Chris Van Vliet and Denise Salcedo.
“We couldn’t be more excited to welcome Michael and Mia to Buchwald Creators. They bring years of valuable experience and are forward-thinking agents who care deeply about supporting talent and the stories they have to tell,” Nagler told Deadline. “As we expand Buchwald Creators, we will continue to do so by offering focused and bespoke representation for artists looking to reach the next level of their careers.”
Conte comes to Buchwald from Bad Moon Talent by Studio Now, following her time in partnerships at Twitch. Her specialty in entertainment partnerships and brand strategy has led her to lead collaborations with the likes of the NFL, Amazon, EA Sports, L’Oréal, Disney, Sony, Red Bull, Jeep, and Coach.
Del Moral joins from Clear Talent Group, where he repped comedians and dancers and led brand campaigns for companies including Verizon, Waymo, Bacardi, and Gap. He also led creator activations at events like Coachella and Rolling Loud.
Both new agents will be based out of Buchwald’s Los Angeles office.
