The flyby mission to circle the moon and come back is maybe the most ambitious of the past 5 decades, and it’s already hit its first minor hiccup.

This is the first time a real toilet is being used for an expedition of this type — previously opting for waste collection bags — and they ran into a bit of trouble when the potty’s fan got jammed just hours after takeoff.

The issue forced the 4 astronauts to hold number 1 or use a backup system for a bit, but the problem has since been resolved. If all goes well, the astronauts should circle the moon and be back on terra firma April 10.
