Andy Cohen Reveals The Source Behind The Summer House Reunion Leak Was Uncovered By A Fan!

Oh, you better believe this Summer House drama just got even juicier — and somehow, even messier — thanks to a twist nobody saw coming!

Andy Cohen himself is spilling the tea about how the source behind that explosive reunion leak was uncovered not by a cast member, or a shady insider, or even a professional investigator… but a fan. Yes, a fan!

Wow!

During his Radio Andy show on Monday, Andy broke his silence about the now-infamous leaked audio from the Summer House season 10 reunion. And the timing? Absolutely wild. The Bravo boss revealed he had literally just undergone cataract surgery the very morning the drama started blowing up online. Talk about bad timing!

But while Andy was recovering, Bravo was already going full detective mode trying to track down who dared to leak that jaw-dropping clip of Ciara Miller going awf on Amanda Batula over her relationship with West Wilson. And according to Andy, things got serious fast:

“They had people analyzing what kind of device recorded, they had investigators. Now I’m home recuperating Friday night, the investigators were on it, and all I can tell you — and you will hear more about this later — but a Bravo fan came forward.”

A. Fan. Came. Forward. …And apparently helped the network figure out who recorded the audio illicitly, and then leaked the freakin’ thing!! Let that sink in for a second!!

Andy didn’t just drop that bombshell, tho. He also made it very clear how much he appreciates the loyal Bravo viewers who didn’t fuel the fire by spreading the leak or pointing fingers at the cast.

And when it comes to the leak itself? He did not hold back, saying:

“[It] ruins the integrity of the show and all the hard work of the cast who we love. Though this team of investigators were on it, a Bravo fan, who you’re gonna hear more about, cracked the case, delivered crucial information.”

Amazing!

Meanwhile, Bravo officially confirmed late on Sunday that their investigation is done — and someone has apparently been held accountable. In a statement posted to Instagram, the network revealed:

“An investigation into the recent leak of the Summer House reunion audio has concluded that the audio was an unauthorized recording and distributed by an individual involved in the production of the reunion. As a result of the findings, appropriate action has been taken. There is no evidence that any member of the cast was involved in the recording of the audio.”

And they doubled down on how serious this situation is:

“We take these matters seriously and will continue to take appropriate measures to respond to the unauthorized distribution of our content. We are aware that there is additional improperly obtained audio circulating and we caution all parties and platforms to refrain from posting, sharing, or amplifying any unauthorized audio.”

Oh, and just in case anyone thought this was no big deal, Bravo also later made it crystal clear how they feel about it:

“[The leak was] a serious breach of trust and a clear lack of respect for the cast, crew and the integrity of the production process.”

As for the cast? They are scrambling to clear their names, too.

Kyle Cooke jumped in quickly to shut down speculation, even warning whoever was responsible that they might want to lawyer up. On social media over the weekend, he said:

“Bravo takes it insanely seriously. They’re doing a full-blown cyber investigation. If you’re the one that leaked, you might wanna seek cover or counsel.”

Kyle also insisted the leak didn’t come from anyone on camera, adding:

“This was not a phone on set. If you have a phone on set, it’s stuck behind a pillow or couch cushion, so the cameras can’t see it. I don’t really see why anyone would gain [from] having leaked this. That goes for producers, crew [and] Bravo. This is someone clearly acting on their own. It doesn’t even look like that got paid because the audio clip is everywhere.”

And his theory was this:

“…someone [who] took their phone and put it next to a speaker where there was a live feed. The audio itself from all the cast sounds like it’s audio from our mics. There’s no way you could put your phone on set and capture what you’re hearing in a way where it would make sense based on the seating chart.”

And then KJ Dillard spoke out to deny any involvement, too, writing over on Threads:

“I wouldn’t risk losing my job by leaking audio of a deeply emotional reunion. The leak wasn’t me.”

Well then!

This entire saga comes amid already intense drama, with Amanda’s split from Kyle and her surprising new romance with West adding fuel to the fire. And let’s be real — that leaked audio only made fans more desperate to see the reunion in full.

Mark your calendars, y’all, because the Summer House reunion officially airs May 26. And after all this chaos? You just KNOW it’s going to be must-watch television!
