ABC Summer Premiere Dates For ‘Dancing With The Stars’ Spinoff, Game Shows, More

The 2025-26 TV season is winding down, so it’s time to look ahead a bit. ABC on Friday set summer premiere dates for three game shows, two special and its latest Dancing with the Stars spinoff.

Monday, July 13, with see the debut of Dancing with the Stars: The Next Pro, which was confirmed at Disney’s Get Real unscripted TV event last month. Hosted by Season 34 DWTS champ Robert Irwin, son of the late Australian conservationist and animal whisperer Steve Irwin, the series involves the search for the franchise’s next pro dancer. But there’s a twist: 12 up-and-coming dancers will move into one house and compete in a grueling audition process for the Season 35 slot.

Also premiering that month are Season 12 of Celebrity Family Feud and Season 7 of Press Your Luck — hosted by Steve Harvey and Elizabeth Banks, respectively — on Thursday. July 9 and the Season 5 bow of the Jimmy Kimmel-led Who Wants to Be a Millionaire on Wednesday, July 22.

The 2026 CMA Fest airs on Thursday, June 25, and the 34th ESPYs on July 15, both from 8-11 p.m.

8-9 pm: Who Wants to Be a Millionaire (Season 5 premiere)
