Justin Baldoni all smiles in first sighting since Blake Lively settlement

Justin Baldoni appears to be in great spirits after settling his long “It Ends With Us” case with Blake Lively.

The actor and his wife, Emily, were spotted at the Little Rad Market — a local eatery in Nashville, Tennessee — Wednesday in exclusive pics obtained by Page Six.

Baldoni, wearing a tan-colored cardigan over a white tank-top, flashed a smile as he and his wife held hands. The couple also sported matching baseball caps and light-wash jeans.

This marks Baldoni’s first public sighting since he and Lively settled their case Monday, two weeks before it was set to go to trial.

Following the settlement news, Baldoni, 42, and Lively, 38, said in a joint statement to Page Six, “The end product — the movie ‘It Ends With Us’ — is a source of pride to all of us who worked to bring it to life. Raising awareness, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of domestic violence survivors — and all survivors — is a goal that we stand behind.”

They continued, “We acknowledge the process presented challenges and recognize concerns raised by Ms. Lively deserved to be heard.”

Both parties added that they “remain firmly committed to workplaces free of improprieties and unproductive environments” and it is their “sincere hope that this brings closure and allows all involved to move forward constructively and in peace, including a respectful environment online.”

Just hours after the surprise settlement, Lively attended the 2026 Met Gala in an archival Versace gown.

Lively and Baldoni both received no money in their lawsuit settlement, despite their legal teams making $60 million combined for the two suing and countersuing one another, sources told Page Six Hollywood.

Their ugly legal battle isn’t completely over just yet, however, as the actress still has a pending motion connected to Baldoni’s previous $400 lawsuit against her and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, which was dismissed in June 2025.

The “Gossip Girl” alum is seeking attorneys’ fees and damages from the failed lawsuit, according to Variety. Still, Baldoni’s lawyer, Bryan Freedman, called his settlement with Lively a “huge victory” on TMZ Live Tuesday.

Freedman argued that the “Jane the Virgin” alum “didn’t settle the case technically,” since he already “won” last month when Judge Lewis Liman threw out 10 of Lively’s 13 claims against the director, including sexual harassment, defamation and conspiracy.

“To be accused of sexual harassment on such a public level is devastating,” he added. “It’s devastating for your family, it’s devastating for yourself individually.”

Baldoni and his wife moved to Nashville after buying a $3.4 million property over the summer and putting their home in Ojai, California, on the market in February for $8.9 million.

The couple, who tied the knot in 2013, have two children: daughter Maiya, 10, and son Maxwell, 7.
