Denise Richards shared footage from Patrick Muldoon’s final movie in her latest tribute to her ex, who died on Sunday at age 57.
The “RHOBH” alum posted an Instagram clip Thursday from their new crime thriller “Dirty Hands” and revealed that the pair were set to do press together this week.
“He was so passionate about this movie & worked so hard on it,” Richards, 55, wrote about Muldoon. “He was personally close to many involved.”
Richards noted that the exes did their first film together, referring to 1997’s “Starship Troopers,” and expressed how “blessed and grateful” she is that they worked together on his last movie.
“While I’m still in shock and devastated, I wanted to share this clip,” Richards added. “I know he would want everyone to see the movie.”
The new film was written and directed by Muldoon’s “dear friend” Kevin Interdonato, and produced by his pal Guy Nardulli. The two also star in the film with Richards and Muldoon.
“He was so proud of this movie 🙏💔✨,” Richards concluded.
Her daughter, Lola Sheen, whom she shares with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, commented, “Ugh I love you mom I’m so so sorry. He’s cheering you on from heaven ❤️.”
Muldoon died last weekend following a sudden heart attack.
His partner, Miriam Rothbart, found him unconscious on the bathroom floor of their Beverly Hills home. He was pronounced dead on the scene after paramedics were called.
Richards and Muldoon dated for nearly five years in the late ’90s. They stayed close until Muldoon’s death.
A few weeks before Muldoon died, he reunited with Richards at the 2026 Saturn Awards in Los Angeles
In her initial social media tribute to Muldoon, Richards said she was “deeply heartbroken and devastated” over his passing.
“Everything you did was infectious. Your laugh, your kindness, your wit, your strength, your loyalty, your passion, and your zest for life,” she wrote. “We’ve been each other’s rock. Our memories together are endless.”
The reality star, who is going through a tumultuous divorce from Aaron Phypers, also said she needs Muldoon “now more than ever.”
Lola, 20, also paid tribute to Muldoon on Instagram earlier this week and thanked him for being her mom’s “best friend.”
“You guys came as a package and i’m so thankful i got to know you and witness a friendship so pure and special in front of my eyes,” she said.
