Handcuffed Tiger Woods looks irritated in cop car after rollover crash, DUI arrest

Tiger Woods appeared irritated while handcuffed in a cop car following his rollover crash and DUI arrest.

The professional golfer was filmed being belted into the vehicle in Jupiter, Florida, on Friday, looking displeased as he shifted his body for the police officer.

Besides yawning and repeatedly hiccuping, the athlete sat silently during the drive and primarily looked out the window.

At one point, Woods briefly appeared to fall asleep.

He sported the same blue shirt in the video as seen in his bloodshot-eyed mugshot, as well as photos of him making a roadside phone call from the crash scene.

The 50-year-old’s Land Rover SUV rolled over on Friday when he attempted to pass a pressure cleaner truck and clipped its trailer.

Woods, whose breathalyzer test came back negative, refused a urinalysis.

He had pills in his pocket and “showed signs of impairment,” according to officials, and was charged with DUI with property damage and refusal to submit to a lawful test.

Woods, who was photographed leaving the Martin County jail hours after being taken into custody, pleaded not guilty.

He broke his silence on his detainment in a statement Tuesday that acknowledged “the seriousness of the situation.”

He wrote, “I am stepping away for a period of time to seek treatment and focus on my health. This is necessary in order for me to prioritize my well-being and work toward lasting recovery.

Woods continued, “I’m committed to taking the time needed to return in a healthier, stronger, and more focused place, both personally and professionally.

“I appreciate your understanding and support, and ask for privacy for my family, loved ones and myself at this time,” he concluded.

Woods was reportedly given an ultimatum by “serious” girlfriend Vanessa Trump, whom he has been dating since 2025, after the incident.

Most recently, Woods flipped his vehicle multiple times in a 2021 accident that nearly killed him — and has resulted in numerous surgeries.

Additionally, he hit a tree and a fire hydrant in 2009 — and was arrested in 2017 under suspicion of DUI.

Woods accepted a plea deal at the time, pleading guilty to a lesser charge of reckless driving.
