Kim Woodburn, the reality TV star and co-host of Channel 4’s How Clean Is Your House, has died. She was 83.
Woodburn’s manager confirmed her death this morning in a statement sent to BBC News.
“It is with immense sadness that we let you know our beloved Kim Woodburn passed away yesterday following a short illness,” the statement read.
“Kim was an incredibly kind, caring, charismatic, and strong person. Her husband Peter is heartbroken at the loss of his soulmate. We are so proud of the amazing things Kim achieved in her life and career. We kindly ask that Kim’s husband and close friends are given the time and privacy they need to grieve.”
Woodburn co-hosted Channel 4’s How Clean Is Your House with Aggie MacKenzie. The series ran for 6 seasons and saw the duo, who were expert cleaners, visit dirty houses and clean them up.
Woodburn was also a regular on UK talk shows like Loose Women and This Morning. In 2017, she received a cultural revival in the mainstream thanks to her appearance on Celebrity Big Brother.
