Josh Kushner celebrated turning the big 4-0 with kosher franks and mile-high pastrami sandwiches.
The businessman and founder of Thrive Capital threw himself a birthday bash at an iconic New York eatery institution – Katz’s Deli on the Lower East Side.
An insider tells Page Six that Kushner, the youngest son of newly appointed ambassador to France, Charles Kushner, was joined by a host of bold-faced names.
Disney CEO Bob Iger and his television journalist wife Willow Bay were there — along with Barry Diller and his wife, fashion designer Diane Von Furstenberg, fanatics founder Michael Rubin, French artist JR, music maven Guy Oseary, sports bigwig Rich Kleiman, social fixture Mikey Hess, music mogul David Geffen, man about town Derek Blasberg, restauranteur Jeff Zalaznick, and Greg Mondre of private equity firm Silver Lake.
Naturally, guests chowed down on the deli’s offerings, including pastrami sandwiches, kosher franks, and knishes.
The deli, which is over 100 years old, was the setting for the famous “I’ll have what she’s having” scene in “When Harry Met Sally.”
Also in attendance, of course, was Kushner’s wife, model Karlie Kloss. The couple married in 2018 and share two children. Kloss is currently pregnant with the couple’s third child.
Another couple enjoying the festivities was Josh’s older brother, Jared Kushner, and his wife, Ivanka Trump.
Earlier this year, the two brothers and their wives were snapped on a Costa Rican vacation.
Rumors of a feud between the sisters-in-law circulated last year after they were notably not pictured together at a lavish wedding they both attended.
However, sources clapped back at the mention of a squabble, telling Page Six that the two women have a “good relationship” but noted it was “tested” during President Trump’s first term in office.
Kloss was open about her decision not to vote for President Trump in the 2016 and in 2020 elections.
Sources previously told us Ivanka was “surprised and hurt” by some of Kloss’ public remarks.
